MISSION
- To provide the most effective representation and to be the champion of the Filipino working class in Congress and in the government;
- To provide services to workers, their families and communities;
- To develop and implement programs and projects for the benefit of all working people nationwide; and To promote social partnership with government, business and industry to fight poverty through sustainable development measures.
VISION
The TUCP envisions itself as a strong and effective voice of workers in the government, especially in Congress. It strives to become a vibrant, dynamic and independent institution dedicated to the rights, interests and welfare of the working people.
